    As the Marketing Events Coordinator, you will manage and oversee all the events, tradeshows, and conferences CYTENA attends in Europe and occasionally assist with Asia Pacific events as needed. This role is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to rapidly grow marketing and event experience and offers a runway to spearhead a robust event strategy at one of the fastest-growing startups in the world.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Manage event logistics from start to finish including but not limited to registration, vendor relationships, booth logistics, sponsorships, invoicing, and more.

    Be the face and spirit of CYTENA at events.

    Identify key events and handpick the most impactful events for our sales team to attend.

    Think outside of the box to create and implement new event strategies to maximize ROI.

    Develop strategies to drive booth traffic and generate onsite leads.

    Increase awareness and engagement through event marketing materials and promotional giveaways.

    Manage the event budget, tracking and reporting costs associated with every event.

    Collaborate with the CYTENA product team to develop an event strategy to showcase CYTENA's products and deliver engaging product demonstrations.

    Work closely with marketing to define and execute event strategies for social media and email recruitment.

    Create and manage an event playbook to allow CYTENA employees to seamlessly execute successful events even when you are not in attendance.

    Create and manage an events calendar and ensure CYTENA booths are appropriately staffed with CYTENA employees and customers when needed.

    Partner with sales to support regional events as needed

    **Requirements:**

    Bachelors in marketing or related discipline.

    Minimum of two years of experience in event planning or marketing communications.

    Proven experience carrying out event marketing including trade show planning, attendance and reporting.

    Highly organized with an ability to manage resources and budgets.

    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.

    Strong problem-solving skills, project management skills, and ability to multitask.

    Energetic and passionate about events and marketing.

    Ability to embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Results-driven, proactive team player capable of working independently and in groups.

    A valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 30% of the time).
