    Custodian

    AAA Service is an established Plumbing, HVAC, Electric and Sewer and Drain company that services throughout the Metro Denver Community. Customers have relied on AAA Service since 1983 and that is why we have 1000's of 5 Star Reviews and maintain a 4.8/5 in Google Star Ratings. We are looking for Professional, Dependable, High Quality and Ethical people to join our team.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Clock in and out every day with main intention of maintaining office cleanliness.
    • Washes windows and mirrors.
    • Takes out the trash and recycling.
    • Wipes down and sanitizes surfaces.
    • Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks restrooms.
    • Helps maintain common areas and warehouse.
    • Sweeps, mops regularly.
    • Responsible for completing room setups for department meetings trainings, and events.
    • Organizes the janitor closet and stores all supplies and tools.
    • Fills out janitorial checklists at the end of every shift.
    • Follows safety rules and precautions.
    • Adheres to company policies and procedures.
    Requirements:

    Skills and Abilities:

    • 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper in facilities maintenance or a related field.
    • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
