Job Summary:

LifeLine EMS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Custodian.

This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and visitors.

Schedule:
M-F, 4 hours per day (flexible timing)

Hourly Pay Range:
$16 - $22 per hour (depending on experience)

Essential Functions:

- _Cleaning and Sanitizing:_ Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.

Trash Removal:
_ Responsible for collecting and disposing of trash in accordance with established procedures.

Restroom Maintenance:
_ Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and well-maintained throughout the day.

Floor Care:
_ Perform floor maintenance activities such as vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing (as needed).

Reporting Maintenance Issues:
_ Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

Previous Custodial/

Janitorial Experience:
Prior experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred.

Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial for this role.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Attention to Detail**: Demonstrate attention to detail in cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Initiative: Proactive approach to identify and address cleaning needs without direct supervision.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
