- Assist the Compliance Analyst II
- Respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Review client accounts for any missing services.
- File applications accurately and on time.
- Maintain client information and communicate effectively.
- Research thoroughly and liaise with clients and government agencies.
- Meet Service Level Agreements consistently.
- Ensure satisfactory job performance and attendance.
- Complete other assigned duties.
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Nonprofit administration background
- Comfortable working full-time from a home office
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
- Enjoys solving problems and learning new things
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Google G Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Associate or bachelor's degree desired
- Familiarity with state agencies
- Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds
- Mainly office work: 70% sitting, 20% standing, 10% walking
- Uses standard office equipment both at home and in the office
