    Duration: Contract-to-Hire

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to be part of our close-knit group. This is aposition with ample advancement opportunities in a hybrid work environment with flexible hours. As an integral part of our team, you will serve as an office admin and play a crucial role in providing health insurance quotes for Individual and Family policies.

    • Responsibilities:
    • Become a subject matter expert on our products and services.
    • Consult and provide health insurance quotes for Individual and Family policies, both on and off the exchange (MNsure).
    • Maintain license and carrier appointments in good standing.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Clearly communicate in person, virtually, and over the phone.
    • Utilize proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Outlook Software, Salesforce, and Adobe.
    • Multitask and prioritize workflow effectively.
    • Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of related experience working in a professional setting.
    • Active Health Insurance license in resident state or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment (expenses covered by the company).
    • Desire to learn and willingness to grow.
    • Ability to follow policies and safeguard PHI information.
