The PSC will work interdepartmentally to provide care coordination for Prosthetic patients. We need a team member to work day shifts on weekdays only. Operating hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. This position is fully benefit eligible, featuring medical, dental, and vision coverage. Responsibilities/Job Description
The prime responsibility for this role is to ensure an outstanding patient experience. You would achieve this by displaying effective customer service and problem solving in a friendly and thoughtful manner.
The PSC can also expect to:
Excellent interpersonal and phone skills are required for this position. The self-direct individual who is detail oriented, digitally literate, and flexible will be well-suited for this responsibility. An appreciation for and ability to work with persons of all age levels is highly valued. Preferred qualifications for the PSC include completion of a Vocational/Technical Training program and scheduling experience.
