- Directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and sales functions for mortgage sales office
- Manages all production activity of the branch and individual loan officers
- Sets daily goals and expectations and monitoring performance against those goals
- Reviews individual Loan Officer production goals
- Manages branch personnel
- Maintains continuous communication with customers, employees, and other members of management
- Oversee relationships with realtors, builders, Financial Service professionals
- Manage all branch marketing
- Maintain high visibility among local housing professionals and trade organizations
- Hold educational sessions in your market
- Responsible to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, integrity, and honesty within the branch
- Keep up to date on industry news by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Stay current on company policies and procedures, watch for red flags, and help minimize risk to the company
- 3-5 years of experience in banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role in customer service, human resources, operations, business development, or sales management
- Must have strong judgment and decision-making skills and excellent communication skills
- Strong industry knowledge and advanced technical/ computer skills
- Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations
- Current NMLS or state license preferred

The Branch Sales Manager directs and manages the sales activities of the branch, ensuring that efficient customer service is provided and quality loans are generated.
This person is responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a staff of outside loan officers to meet sales production goals, to assure compliance with, regulations and policies.
