    **This position is a hybrid role based out of our Dallas, TX Office**

    About you

    Are you a creative thinker who loves to use design to support business pursuits? Do you have a passion for marketing and are looking to take the next step in your career in a growing industry? We are looking for someone with a passion for real estate to join our amazing team as a Marketing Specialist

    You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top quality work for your clients. You are able to successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regards to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients in multiple markets

    In this role, you will...
    • Develop and execute on strategic marketing projects from conception to finality
    • Research, make recommendations for projects, and articulate how marketing can support the business to achieve its objectives
    • Designs marketing packages and brochures, e-mail marketing campaigns, reports, presentations, offering memorandums, websites/landing pages, social media campaigns and event marketing
    • Maintains the client database, frequently updating with the most relevant and accurate information
    • Stay in front of marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our developments
    What you'll bring
    • 2+ years marketing experience in the commercial real estate industry
    • Proficiency with marketing software such as the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe InDesign and Constant Contact a plus
    • High level of initiative and excellent communications skills, both oral and written
    • Ability to translate creative strategy into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind
