We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Team Member with Customer Relations responsibilities (m/f/d) to join our team at Charité Healthcare Services GmbH in Runnells, IA.
Charité Healthcare Services GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin.Our goal is to attract foreign patients for treatment at Charité and to organize all non-medical processes from initial inquiries to final billing on behalf of Charité.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing incoming treatment inquiries (via email, phone, mail)
- Communicating with patients in German and English, and potentially in Arabic
- Communicating with Charité clinics to clarify organizational and treatmentrelated questions
- Creating treatment offers
- Issuing medical invitations
- Monitoring ongoing treatments
- Documenting and maintaining databases (Microsoft Office, Share Point, SAP)
Your profile/our requirements:
- Strong intercultural competence
- Previous experience in administrative customer relations is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Additional proficiency in Arabic (at least B2 level) is desirable but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, high level of service and customer orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
