We are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) in full-time (40 hours/week) with a 850,00 € bonus for our client in the plant and system construction industry at the location in Ditzingen, Otsego, MI.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday

08:00 am to 05:00 pm

minus a 60-minute break

Your tasks:

Reception and care of guests, including granting access permissions
Management of the telephone switchboard, call forwarding and recording of callback requests
Forwarding incoming "tickets" to colleagues
Daily handling of incoming and outgoing mail
Support in managing the company fleet
Catering management
Maintaining, updating and managing inventory
