Position:
Sales Analyst


Job Description:

Collect and evaluate sales data and analyze market data to measure the attainment of sales objectives. Prepare sales forecasts & recommend quotas for Sales Representatives. Track & prepare status reports on work in progress and sales force performance. Prepare sales reporting for sales and marketing departments. Perform broad & data queries and reports for all departments in organization. Track & forecast to sales by region, sales territory, market segment and product. Evaluate sales goals based on criteria established by management team. Track, calculate and report sales bonuses, awards and contests. Track consignment inventory. Act as a liaison between MIS & department/field. Field telephone calls from Regional Managers & Territorial Representatives, as well as customers. Track accounts performance to see if contractual commitments are being met and if adjustments are needed. Manage multiple products being ordered at discounted "bundle" pricing. Forecast sales monthly. Prepare ROI analysis for marketing department for promotional programs. Assist in the creation of a "bundle" quotation.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in job offered, or as a Financial Analyst, Intern for Student Affairs, or in related occupation
Must have experience/techniques/proficiency with the following- Business analytics techniques

  • Experience with advanced spreadsheet
  • Experience with financial forecast process
  • Proficiency in SQL and data management
  • Experience with Tableau and MS Excel

Job site:
Monrovia, California.

Salary range - $50,000 - $75,000 per year - Final compensation/salary will depend on experience.
