- Providing administrative support for engineering project execution, including filing, copying, and document preparation.
- Assisting in the formatting and tracking of proposals and bid packages.
- Managing document control processes, including registration, distribution, and tracking of project documents.
- Supporting marketing efforts by assisting with the creation of marketing materials and preparing for trade shows.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure the smooth operation of engineering projects.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the success of our projects.
- Assist with office related activities, such as inventory of supplies, ordering supplies, and scheduling vendors.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- One to two years of experience in administrative support activities with a focus on document formatting and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in a busy office environment.
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Familiarity with file management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Willingness to assist others and maintain a cooperative attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and pay close attention to detail.
- Availability for overtime work as needed.
