Job Description:

Chartis Federal is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Capture Manager to join our team in the Northern Virginia Area.

As a Business Development Capture Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our client base within the federal government sector.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the federal government sector, focusing on agencies and departments all around the country.

Actively seeking out new business opportunities within the federal government sector, keeping a keen eye on emerging trends, policy changes, and upcoming projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government decision-makers and industry partners
Lead the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and organizational objectives.

Collaborate with internal team/leadership to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and differentiate Chartis Federal from competitors.

Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence to inform business development strategies and tactics.
Represent Chartis Federal at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our capabilities and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development within the federal government contracting space.
Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics and develop effective business development strategies.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
Active network of contacts within the federal government sector preferred.
Security Clearance is preferred but not required.
