    Job DescriptionBusiness Development Manager Job DescriptionLong-term growth leads to business success - and our client welcomes prospective team members who can help push our vision forward.

    We're currently searching for an experienced business development manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our client.

    Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals.

    Objectives of this roleDevelop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
    Maintain positive professional relationships with current clients and identify areas for potential clients.
    Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue.
    Tracking and analyzing specific metrics and KPIS to measure company's growth, revenue generation, and client acquisition.
    Partner with the Director of Advisory to help train personnel and help develop their skills.
    ResponsibilitiesOversee Business Development Department and Staff.
    Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
    Planning and overseeing new business development initiatives.

    • Strong understanding of wealth services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
    Participate in collaborative business meetings to update leadership.
    Provide continuous, constructive feedback to advisors.

    Interact with prospective clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's servicesConduct market research to identify new business development opportunities.

    Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
    Skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field5-10 years of sales experienceProven record of sales growth and closing skillsExceptional strategic planning and project management skillsClear verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiasm for the company and its growth potentialData analysis skillsAbility to interact with media, PRPreferred qualificationsExperience in managing sales or marketing teamsSharp negotiation and networking skillsOrganizational skillsSelf-drivenProblem-solving skillsBenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth benefits fully covered for employeesA 401(k)-retirement plan with matchA fun and friendly team of colleagues
