Senior Manager, Corporate Development at Capital One

The position of Integration Advisory Senior Manager is a pivotal role within the Integration Advisory Group at Capital One. In this role, you will provide guidance on integration scoping and planning for all Corporate Development Transactions, including recent transactions such as the one with Discover. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring a smooth execution of transactions and supporting the ongoing enhancement of the integration process.

Partner closely with Line of Business Integration owners and Functional Area Representatives
Lead direct and cross-functional teams through Integration planning and delivery
Identify and support areas requiring cross-functional coordination
Maintain necessary procedures for the Integration Management Policy
Update the Integration Process and Toolkits

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or military experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in analysis, integration, or project/program management

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree
Minimum of 6 years of experience in analysis, integration, or project management
Minimum of 6 years of experience in the consumer finance industry
Experience with Agile methodology
