- Lead and oversee the deployment of technical solutions and processes, procedures and communications to effectively execute Sponsor projects
- Provide for the overall management of specific cyber tasks and ensure the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner
- Have working knowledge of the Agency Project Management Framework (PMF) and AGILE Project Management frameworks to manage execution of projects
- Ensure all project personnel keep the Sponsor informed of the status of all contractor activities
- Develop project plans, communication plans, project schedules, and work breakdown structures
- Provide status of projects, requirements, plans, and schedule according to Sponsor directions
- Manage programmatic risk to cost, schedule, and scope
- Stay abreast of Sponsor directives, regulations, guidance, notices and standards on cybersecurity
- Stay abreast of advances in technology
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels with qualified personnel to meet all requirements
- Must have a minimum of (15) fifteen years of related experience.
- A bachelor's degree. A bachelor's degree can substitute (4) four years of experience
- Related certifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must hold a TS/SCI clearance
- Must hold a polygraph
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
