This person should embody a passion for continuous improvement and a love of data-driven design.HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises at least 15 employees
Assess program processes and procedures and propose improvements to the PM/DPM
Document both business and technical processes across the program as needed
Assist with tracking and maintaining program data
Plan, design, and implement improvements using tools like Excel or Sharepoint to improve data integrity and efficiency to support better decision making
Administer and maintain the sponsors Sharepoint Site collection
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
Required Experience: 10 to 15 years of directly related experience in System Engineering experience
Required Technical Skills:
Understands data management principles and data-driven design Outstanding communication skills
Action oriented, detailed, organized, and independent
Proficient to expert in Excel
Proficient in Sharepoint Design, Administration, and workflow design
Ability to react positively to changing environments and advance progress with minimal direction
Security Clearance Level:
TS/SCI with Poly
Location:
On Customer Site

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $131,750 - $178,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
