    Description

    As a valued colleague on the Enterprise Go-to-Market team, you will be accountable for executing strategy and tasks associated with ensuring that customer-facing releases (campaigns, products, technology, policy) are market ready and that our internal teams are prepared to support consumer, lender and/or vendors. You will assist in identifying action steps and their owners and coordinate the efforts to achieve results within planned timelines and budgets with the ability to pivot as necessary and be accountable for executive level and stakeholder reporting requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    o Lead a simplified and consistent go-to-market (Market Readiness) experience across product owners and 18+ internal stakeholder groups that assess product/policy and (manage end-to-end).

    o Minimize readiness risks through persistent evaluation of product and stakeholder readiness criteria; adapting as needed to internal/external market conditions.

    o Bring awareness of readiness outcomes and customer readiness impacts to accept product and policy releases.

    o Create and deliver readiness assets that scale based on the degree of change and maturity of the solution or capability of support resources.

    o Responsible for management of the Market Readiness system; Market Readiness Procedure, standard works, and playbook management

    Qualifications:

    o Demonstrated ability to influence initiative-level outcomes. Good negotiation skills.

    o Influence positive collaboration and networking within team, across teams and with internal & external partners.

    o Demonstrated ability to make prompt, appropriate, fact-based decisions, and escalations.

    o Good and effective personal presence with a high level of energy and confidence; self-motivated.

    o Strong oral and written communication skills including executive/stakeholder reporting expertise.

    o Excellent consultative and partnering skills to influence decisions.

    o Strategic thinking ability to offer future direction and vision opportunities and continuous improvement mindset.

    Desired Experiences:

    o Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    o PMP certification

    o Go-to-Market process experience

    o ServiceNow technical acumen

    o Power BI/executive report development
