Description

Representative Duties

Complete all tasks as assigned by your Manager.
Lead on RFI/SSN responses. (Follow up with Govt. POCs after RFI/SSN are submitted for procurement status)
Lead/manage subcontractor data calls (A&T issued requests to subs, responses from A&T as a sub, and tracking).
Monitor Govt. sites daily for updates (i.e., PIEE, e-Buy, ITES-3S, , eMMA).
Co-manage the proposal knowledgebase that includes the creation of SharePoint sites, administrative privileges, site maintenance, and ensure that current and relevant proposal related information is kept up to date.
Prepare past-performance and resume drafts for review.
Assist with development of the schedule for deadline, milestones, reviews, production, etc.
Follow up with writers and reviewers to obtain content and critiques.
Create cover art and graphics.
Work with internal team (and subcontractors) to request/collect requested information.

Requirements

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a proposal coordinator working on proposals for DoD, Federal, and/or State & Local from cradle to grave.
Solid understanding of the proposal development process (including RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, proposal planning, compliance, content development, and proposal submission procedures).
Experience drafting compliant proposal templates, outlines, delivery schedules, and compliance matrices.
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously (and accurately) in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent writing skills (organizing, drafting, editing, and proofreading).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and Adobe.
Experience completing Capability Statements, Request for Information (RFI), and Sources Sought Notices (SSN).
Excellent writing skills and team collaboration ability.
Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering high-quality work is a MUST.

Desired Requirements:

Experience with WordPress, Visio, GovBD (Salesforce), and Adobe Illustrator

Graphics design (graphics, diagrams, org charts, and other visual elements)

Please note:
This is a hybrid position. 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
