Your Role on the Team

As a member of our Corporate Growth team, the Proposal Coordinator (PC) supports proposal efforts by performing administrative
- and research-related tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, meeting support, data searches and research, and coordination of resumes, graphics, and desktop publishing functions. This position is part of a large team of proposal managers and coordinators and reports directly to a Senior Proposal Manager.


What You Will Do:

  • Gather relevant resumes and project descriptions, using corporatewide systems, in a timely manner and modify them per proposal requirements and approved templates.
  • Participate in resume reviews to ensure they highlight relevant information, showcase required experience, and are compliant to proposal requirements.
  • Update and maintain online proposal team working sites via Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
  • Develop compliance matrices (Excel spreadsheets crossreferencing proposal requirements), support color team reviews (multiple team reviews during proposal process) and coordinate hardcopy proposal production (if applicable).
  • Work to continually assess and improve processes and techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with internal clients and external business partners, and meet project deadlines.

What You Will Bring With You:

  • 1+ year of experience in a professional setting.
  • Experience with MS 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What We'd Like You To Bring With You:

  • Experience with proposal preparation and production.
  • Familiarity with collaboration-related features of SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Bachelor's degree; specialization in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and teaming partners.
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, even when under pressure.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, clientoriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and collaboratively to meet deadlines (this may include outside of standard office hours).
  • Highly responsive and able to identify and address high priority tasks.
