**RESIDENTIAL LOAN SUPPORT SPECIALIST**
The candidate for this position will be the liaison and point of contact for loan closings with the lending staff. The candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing and distributing loan closings amongst lending staff. This person will manage multiple inboxes and portals, as well as assist with any additional closing duties as needed.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), the ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are also required. Data entry, proficient ten key skills, and prior accounting, administrative and/or scheduling experience preferred. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
