At Sedgwick, KS, we are currently looking for you to join our team at the Caritas workshops in Arnsberg as a full-time, permanent
Group Leader (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.


The Caritas workshops in Arnsberg are a recognized workshop for people with disabilities, certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and MAAS-BGW.

Currently, we offer around 670 people with disabilities the opportunity to participate in work life. The place of work is Arnsberg, but the job may require travel to other workshop locations.


Your responsibilities:

  • Support and development of our employees (people with disabilities)
  • Assistance for the people entrusted to us in practical areas of life
  • Responsible for handling production and service orders in the areas of assembly and packaging
  • Taking on projects and accompanying measures
  • Support with nursing tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a specialist for work and vocational support, occupational therapist, or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in the pedagogical and nursing field is desirable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Responsible, dedicated, and flexible work attitude
  • Creativity and willingness to perform
  • Ideally, have manual or artistic skills
  • Resilience, reliability, and high level of flexibility
  • Empathy for the needs of people with disabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Positive attitude towards the goals and values
