- Self-starter with exceptional organization and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of the specific trade of discipline as assigned, with associated special processes, inspection and testing techniques
- Working knowledge of construction industry codes relating to area of expertise (i.e. ACI, AWS, ASME, NEC, etc.)
- Associate degree in engineering technology or science plus two years experience in a related construction field (at least one of these years in a QA/QC position) or a high school graduate or equivalent (GED) plus four years experience in a related construction field (at least two of these years in a QA/QC position)
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Work productively and meet deadlines timely
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
- Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
