You play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their shipments on time. The diverse and international responsibilities of the
Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) include independently managing, monitoring, and optimizing international transport processes. You keep track of shipments and ensure smooth and timely delivery.


How you can contribute:


What you bring to the table:

  • Managing, monitoring, and optimizing international transport processes
  • Creating quotes, negotiating prices, and handling invoicing
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Fleet management
  • Administrative and systembased tasks (e.g. creating transport documents, assisting with customs issues)
  • Completed apprenticeship as a freight forwarding specialist or a commercial education (HAK or similar)
  • Previous experience in a freight forwarding or commercial role with customer contact
  • Excellent German and English skills for daily communication with global partners
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
