    Senior Director, Independent Demand Facilitation
    Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office)

    Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens and formats including CTV / streaming, online video, display, and audio.

    The Senior Director will work closely with and report into the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Demand Facilitation (Sales) to develop and manage relationships with key decision makers in the digital video ecosystem within the Pacific Northwest (PNW) territory, as well as mentor and manage 1-3 sales directors in the territory.

    A successful candidate will understand the nuances of CTV/OTT, Online Video, desktop, mobile media buying/selling, programmatic and managed services executions.

    Create, implement and own a sales pipeline for the territory- both player and coach
    Determine client needs and ensure proper contract execution for managed services (I/O) buying as well as programmatic executions
    Perform other related duties as assigned by management
    Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

    Be accountable for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


    The following computer skills:
    Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, Powerpoint, Showpad, Google docs
    ~8+ years of digital ad sales experience with a demonstrated record of success
    ~3+ years of management experience - preferably a player/coach background
    ~ Experience as a sales hunter who can leverage their existing contacts with independent digital agencies to build a large book of business
    ~ A proven track record delivering on and exceeding revenue goals from multiple accounts
    ~ Knowledge of programmatic buying and video adtech
    ~ Experience in a busy environment and has the organizational skills needed to build and manage a large and varied account list
    ~ High emotional intelligence and ability to nurture, mentor and be others-focused

    Magnite's hybrid schedule includes two days worked remotely (Monday and Friday) and three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

    In California, the base salary range for this position is: $170,000 - $190,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (
