- Signing Bonuses are paid out in three installments.
- Full time status is for schedules of 30 hours or more per week; part-time is 20-29 hours per week.
- Former BILH candidates and employees within the BILH system have restrictions and may not be eligible for the bonus.
- Payment of the bonus is subject to applicable taxes.
- Per diem employees are not eligible for the signing bonus.
- Candidates must meet specific criteria.
- Employees within the BILH system have limitations.
- Leaving the organization before the first anniversary will require repayment of the signing bonus.
- Signing bonuses are subject to change based on organizational needs.

- Current Massachusetts RN License required
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required

- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs

FULL TIME $5,000 AND PART TIME $3,333 SIGNING BONUS FOR RNS WITH ONE PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Lahey Hospital and Medical Center offers up to a Full Time $5,000 and Part Time $3,333 in signing bonuses for Registered Nurse positions. Note: Registered Nurse position must be licensed with at least one (1) year of experience to qualify for the bonus.
