- Signing Bonuses are paid in three installments, with the first one-third upon completing the first 30 days of employment, the second after six months, and the final payment after one year from your start date.
- Full-time status at LHMC constitutes schedules of 30+ hours weekly; part-time roles are 20-29 hours weekly, prorated accordingly. Per diem staff are not eligible for signing bonuses.
- To qualify, current and previous BILH candidates face restrictions. Employees within the BILH system or those previously employed by a BILH entity within the last 12 months are ineligible for the bonus.
- Leaving Lahey Hospital & Medical Center before your first anniversary will require repayment of the signing bonus.
- Signing bonus eligibility may vary based on organizational needs and is subject to change as decided by Talent Acquisition.

- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license and American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.

- Capable of lifting a maximum of 75 lbs. with frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
