    Job Description:

    Under limited supervision, prepares CWAs, SAA and Change Orders and other contracts.
    Ensure timely contract approvals according to relevant delegation of authority or governanceReviews the validity of change order requests, negotiates co-terms and amounts and prepares contract change orders from field change order summariesHandles contractor relationships to continually improve quality, service and costMaintains legal requirements for contracts, makes updates as required, and works with Law on contract reviewSupports senior contract specialists with research and analysisSupports the identification and mitigation of contract risk and issuesPrepares and delivers contract status reporting
    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelors Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experienceThree years of work experience in contract and/or project management or other legal / regulatory field
    Desired Qualifications:
    Significant training in, contracts, purchasing, organizational management, or process/project management.
    Knowledge and experience in drafting contractual terms and language.
    Knowledge and experience in contract negotiationsUnderstanding of contractor safety requirementsComfortable and effective verbal, written, and multi-channel communications to meet the needs of various audiencesExperience and capability with Ariba, SAP (invoicing / billing functions), database managementCompetency using Excel, PowerPoint, and WordDetail oriented, to ensure high quality, timely, accurate work products and to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsUtility Industry experienceSupply Chain experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
