    THE OPPORTUNITY

    We're searching for an Employee Care Manager to join our Management team to recruit, hire, train and manage our field employees. You will provide leadership to a vast team of employees who provide care to seniors aging in place.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    The Employee Care Manager should have home care/ home health experience, the ability to manage a diverse team of field employees, excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, staff members as well as a diverse client base and professional organizations. You should also be a fast learner, proficient with computers, detail oriented and the ability to work with deadlines.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE but are not limited to:

    Field employee/caregiver hiring, orientation and training.
    Field employee/caregiver staffing.
    Employee reviews
    Employee management
    Incident reports.
    Ongoing employee/caregiver trainings.
    Other support
    Office Operations. Ensure accurate schedules and clock-ins/clock-outs – you will be responsible for ensuring that all active schedules are assigned a caregiver and covered.
    Check all shifts (Dashboard) the following day to ensure accuracy and clock-ins and clock-outs are complete.
    Make sure caregiver is on shift when there is a missed clock-in to avoid no-shows.
    Confirm all shifts the day before to minimize no shows.
    Responsible for maintaining a steady flow of caregiver applicants.
    Working with staff to identify and match best caregiver with clients.
    Maintain all paper and electronic caregiver files to DADS/HHS standards.
    Provide reports on activity/issues during weekly meetings
    Participate in marketing events.
    In addition to your regular responsibilities, we expect that you will provide on-demand support for your co-workers and participate in company and regional initiatives. Our office working hours are 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday, understanding that the demands of the business may, at times, require early start and later days. In your role, you will primarily be evaluated on your ability to recruit, retain, and manage our field employee/caregiver roster and improve our overall employee morale and involvement.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    College degree OR an equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience.
