    Description
    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Prospect, develop and close new business with new and existing customers. -Regularly travel to perform customer consultations to determine needs and solutions; and obtain detailed information for estimates and proposals.


    • Generate machinery concepts with Engineering team, produce budgets, and sales proposals.
    -Maintain involvement on projects, demonstrations, and existing customer orders to meet deadlines and budgets. -Utilize and maintain HubSpot CRM for all prospecting and customer activities.


    • Utilize and maintain the website, generating new content on a quarterly/event basis

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • BS/BA degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent work experience.
    • Previous outside sales experience with custom designed and manufactured equipment is preferred.
    -Strong professional communication and presentation skills. -Innovative approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a results-based environment.


    • Effective closer capable of handling customer demands and negotiating positive outcomes for both the client and Mitchell Machine.
    -Mechanical/technical aptitude related to machinery and machine shop services. -Computer proficiency in SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, as well as experience in using CRM software.


    • Must be a US citizen and have a valid driver's license.
