- Seven (7) years of experience in Surface Warfare and training management including responsibility for managing a multidiscipline team of training experts.
- Of the 7 years above, five (5) years must include experience in managing the development of grouppaced instructional materials and guidelines, advising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on development procedures and formatting, and evaluating curricula documents and instructional delivery procedures.

Desired Experience:
