Job Description:

· Creating offers and processing orders

· Commercial order processing and tracking

· Telephone and written customer consultation

· Close telephone and written communication in English with colleagues from our factories in Spain, South Africa and Malaysia

· Creating statistics

· Deriving and evaluating key figures

· Determining product demand

· Processing business transactions for accounting

· Comparing market activities of the training company with competitors

Training Content & Process:

· From the first year of training, you will acquire important skills and knowledge of the individual company areas through several months of assignments in different departments

· You will be comprehensively introduced to all commercial processes of an industrial company

· This will give you an understanding of the interconnected processes of the various company areas of an internationally operating company

· At the end of the final year of training, you will be intensively prepared for the tasks of your future area of deployment through a longer placement

· The training lasts 3 years and ends with the final examination before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK)
