Grady Management Inc.one of the metro area's leading property management firms is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to be part of a team managing The Monmouth Woods Apartments, a 150+ unit Apartment Complex, located in King George, VA.
You will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations to include:- Resident relations
- Rent loss control
- Administration
- General daytoday community management
- Rent collections
- Coordinating apartment turnovers
- Coordinating service requests
- Working knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations is a must
- Working knowledge of Onesite software a plus.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist
- Maintaining information regarding financial and compliance reporting guidelines received from HOC, local entities, and ownership as it pertains to financial systems
Strong computer skills required including MS Office and accounting knowledge.
Some weekend work is required.
