- Download pictures and enter information from customers and vendors
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Supporting different teams with their projects
- Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
