Entry Level Purchasing Sales Specialist

THIS IS A PURCHASING POSITION

Pay:
$45,000 a year plus commission

Benefits:

After 90 days - Holiday pay, Medical and Dental, Sick days

After 1 year - 401 K, Vacation time will be earned

Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.

Duties:

Work closely with the Account Manager on key accounts.
Handling the daily needs of the branch's key accounts.
Research the client's performance and working with the sales teams to strategy to hit targeted goals.
Assist and build new accounts through, marketing research, and purchasing products.
Learn the recycling product that we handle daily.
5% travel will be needed.

Required skills/Abilities:

Associate degree required in either Marketing, or Business major.
12 years of experience with inside sales support / customer service / marketing research
Knowledge of Sales or Purchasing is a must.
Knowledge about the Recycling industry is a plus but not required.
General computer efficiency including ability to operate Microsoft word, Excel and Power point.
Excellent communication, organization time management, and problem solving skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Preferred someone who has knowledge of the recycling industry in particular ewaste.
Carrying a sales hunter mentality uncovering and converting new prospects.
Must possess influencing, persuading and negotiating skills.

Pay:
$45,000.00 per year
