- The Customer Care rep acts as a cross-regional support within the Customer Care Manager (CCM) team, centralizing all dispatch processes for freelance chefs and service providers.
- In addition, she/he will manage all Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) by the Signature Authorization policy.
- The centralized function of Customer Care rep. within the full customer care process will provide efficiencies, standardization, and analysis to the dispatch tasks.
- Dispatch Certified Chefs (RCCs) as requested for start-up training. Enter 30-40 orders a day
- Dispatch Service Providers (RSPs) as needed for site certifications, installations, and commissions
- Process and follow up with Return Goods Authorization requests to ensure timeliness from all parties, acting as liaison with the North America Distribution Center (NADC) and BTX to coordinate shipments to the NADC
- 2+ years of corporate office experience using an ERP/CRM (SAP Preferred)
- Order Entry - 50+ orders in a day
- Ability to calculate and work with figures and amounts such as distances, times, and dates
- ERP: SAP, JD, Oracle, or any other erp.
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience
