    Duties

    This position is located under the Office of Intelligence Operations - Criminal Intelligence Division in Washington, District of Columbia.

    Incumbent shares with the Division Chief, the overall direction and management of the division's subordinate branches, which are responsible for the Office of Intelligence Operations strategic and tactical intelligence operations and its computerized information systems. Incumbent assists the Division Chief in coordinating the activities of those branches, both within the Bureau and with other Federal, state, local and international agencies. Monitors progress of Division special projects, coordinating with the division chiefs necessary to ensure projects are completed on schedules and in accordance with overall objectives. Functions in a primary capacity in the development, interpretation, and implementation of polices concerning intelligence operations and systems related services throughout OIO. Assists the Division Chief in determining staffing and funding requirements for input into the budget formulation process on matters relating to the division's program responsibilities.
