Responsibilities

  • Independently advise, register and support customers via email and phone in various languages
  • Enter customer data and activate customers in the CRM system
  • Acquire new customers for our online auctions

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and/or relevant work experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, such as German, English and Polish
  • Structured, conscientious and careful work ethic
  • Strong communication skills with diplomatic finesse
  • Proficient in using a PC and common MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Team player with initiative and a strong customer service orientation
