    The Highlands at Owasso -

    We are looking for a qualified Business Office Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee long term care and skilled resident financial needs.
    • Answer phones and coordinate proper communication from facility to customers.
    • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance.
    • Responsible for overall financial responsibilities of residents
    • Has great communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent office computer skills.
    • Working knowledge of social media
    • Other Business Office Duties assigned.

    Requirements

    • Very high customer service skills and able to manage many duties
    • Experience with accounting and/or bookkeeping
    • Very organized and able to multitask.
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
    • Previous experience with Long term care facility
    • Previous experience with Medicaid and Medicare
    • Willing to train the right person
