- Excellent written and verbal communications skills for effective working with staff, parents/carers, pupils, other professionals.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Extensive administrative experience including invoicing.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of IT systems such as Word, Publisher and Excel. Knowledge of SIMS and MyFinance would be a bonus.
- Experience of Line Management and experience with inductions, appraisals and mentoring.
- Understanding of health & safety procedures and regulations, experience carrying out risk assessments is desirable.
