I am currently a Senior Analytics Engineer in the Cybersecurity Industry with a background in Cybersecurity and Energy. I build full-stack analytics solutions from data engineering, to BI, to Data Science. I am also a Game Development Hobbyist.

Experience

I began my career managing “Sparkbits” the small business division of a small IT Consulting shop. I then transitioned to Cybersecurity at a Fortune 10 energy company, where I initiated several Cybersecurity Analytics projects and found my passion in Analytics and Data Science. I transitioned, within the company, to Analytics where I spent several years in various positions as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and Data Scientist. I made my transition to the Cybersecurity industry in 2022 taking on the role of Senior Analytics Engineer with an MSSP, where I build and manage full-stack Analytics solutions both internally, and for our full portfolio of customers. 

Education

I achieved my Bachelor's in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University within the Information Assurance Track. I later began pursuing a Master's in Data Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. I have completed 80% of this degree, but put the last classes on hold to put my full focus on my current role. I intend to complete the remainder of the program in 2025.
