    Join our team as a Product Owner at Ashton Lane Group!



    Responsibilities:
    • Lead advisor portal squads in brainstorming, developing, and launching innovative products
    • Manage full stack squads of developers, engineers, designers, and testers to ensure product success
    • Act as the internal owner for product features, aligning them with client needs
    • Drive agile product development and lead scrum ceremonies
    • Incorporate user feedback and market insights into product improvements
    • Analyze product metrics and report them to management
    • Create and maintain detailed product documentation

    Requirements:
    • Experience in agile environments across engineering, design, and research teams
    • Specialization in Fintech, Investment, or Wealth-tech products
    • Ability to mentor and develop team members
    • Strong technical writing skills
    • Previous experience in wealth management or investment advisory
    • Background in computer science, finance, or engineering
