Electrical Engineer - Natural Gas Sector - Birmingham, AL & Metairie, LA

Are you a talented Electrical Engineer with a passion for the natural gas industry? We're looking for someone with your specialized skills to lead and contribute to projects in Birmingham, AL, and Metairie, LA that make a real difference.

What You'll Do:

Design and develop electrical components and systems for new and existing natural gas infrastructure, ensuring compliance with all specifications and regulations.

Take charge of the electrical component of projects, from load lists to wiring details, contributing to safer, more efficient, and sustainable solutions.

Engage in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of electrical systems, enhancing operational reliability.

Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring projects meet and exceed expectations.

Keep updated with the latest technologies and trends, bringing innovative solutions to the table.

What We're Looking For:
A BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Solid experience in the natural gas industry, particularly with electrical aspects of pipelines and facilities.

A PE license is a big plus, though we also welcome candidates on the path to licensure.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Strong communication abilities and teamwork ethos.

Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
