    The Role

    They are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Content Compliance Manager to join the global Legal and Compliance team to support new and dedicated Content business. The Legal and Compliance team is a dynamic, external and internal-facing function which supports all aspects of the business across all of the 9 offices, from Tokyo to San Francisco. As the Content Compliance Manager, you will report directly into the Director of Content Compliance based in London and work closely with the General Counsel and Legal, Client Protection and Content teams as well as other stakeholders across the business. You will have a broad range of responsibilities, ranging from:

    • Identifying and implementing robust legal and compliance procedures to ensure all content produced is compliant with applicable laws and regulations;
    • Develop and implement program and strategies on how to monitor and review content produced by the company;
    • Communicate and collaborate with other functions including Content, Product and Engineering to achieve shared goals;
    • Hire, onboard, train and manage a global team of Content Compliance associates based in US, London and Asia and enable them;
    • Support such global team in the reviewing and approval of expert transcripts, specifically to ensure that all information complies with applicable laws and out client's legal and compliance policies;
    • Partner with Product and Engineering to create and enhance our internal and external-facing platform and technology to enable the delivery of content to clients; and
    • Create marketing materials to support and train our Client Services Teams.

    As the Content Compliance Manager you will grow and develop in a high-growth commercial environment. They will provide you with autonomy and independence in your day-to-day work and give you the opportunity to be a self-starter. They will provide you with the autonomy and independence to support the Content team and enable you to build and grow the Content Compliance Team. This is an ideal role for someone who's keen to gain legal, compliance and operations experience while having direct access to the commercial and organizational workings of a dynamic, innovative global business.     What you'll need

    • At least 3 years experience in related fields such as law, risk management or compliance
    • Experience in growing, developing and leading a team of people
    • Experience in project and/or program management
    • Experience in the regulatory / commercial legal space, specifically with regards to the creation and sharing of content is preferred but not required
    • BA/BS from a top university in the US or other relevant law degree is preferred but not required

    Compensation and benefits

    • Compensation: $100,000-$140,000, 20 vacation days, 10 company holidays & business closure during winter holiday week

    • Option to WFH on Fridays
