We are looking for support in our research team starting April 1, 2023 The joint project Musical Communities in the Postdigital Age (MusCoDA), funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, examines songwriting processes in informal and formal contexts.

Under the direction of Prof. Dr.

Marc Godau, the focus is on non-institutional learning practices and learning environments (such as rehearsal rooms, concerts, studios, social media, etc.) of bands, songwriters, and beatmakers.

This is a temporary position with a workload of 10 hours per week.


We expect:

  • Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of music education, music sociology, popular music studies, or similar
