Your responsibilities:

  • With great enthusiasm, you will lead a store and oversee the professional development, organization, and motivation of your team of 2040 employees
  • You will analyze key performance indicators, optimize work processes, and continuously improve the store's performance
  • You will ensure the implementation of our store concepts and maintain excellent product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and customer service
  • As a leader, you will set a good example and work alongside your team on the sales floor
  • You will prioritize the training and development of your employees

Your qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in retail or a similar industry, with previous leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and a resultsoriented mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, 5 days a week
