- Provide administrative support to the Engineering and Quality departments.
- Perform various administrative tasks including scanning, tracking, creating packets, preparing reports, and data entry.
- Enter and maintain Engineering schedules.
- Print and assemble job packets with required paperwork.
- Manage non-conformance lists and tool calibration program.
- Enter and manage Engineering change requests.
- Scan documents into the online repository.
- Review and submit required documents to customers.
- Complete inspection paperwork using Excel.
- Assist in other projects as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- This is a hands-on position that requires a portion of the day working on the production floor.
