    Nous recrutons pour le compte d'une banque prestigieuse de la place un Change Manager Confirmé avec minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.

    Rattaché au responsable du service Banking Service Delivery au sein de la division DSI RA du département International Retail Banking IT, le change Manager Central est le point central de l'ensemble des changements impactant la banque de détail à l'international et ses filiales.

    Connaissance Professionnel et Savoir-faire:

    · Connaissance des Processus ITIL (Certification ITIL Foundation)

    · Connaissance de l'outillage ITSM de BMC Software

    · Connaissance des différents systèmes qui composent des environnements de Production (Unix, Windows, Flux et Télécom)

    · Posséder une connaissance générale sur les outils MS Office

    · Savoir préparer et animer une réunion

    · Capacité à rédiger

    · Savoir analyser, identifier et mesurer les risques

    · Maîtriser l'Anglais (Ecrit & parlé) pour les communications des changements sur des filiales anglophones et avec les fournisseurs

    Apports de la mission :

    • Renforcement de la maîtrise des processus ITIL
    • Participation à des projets structurants de l'entreprise
    • Travail collaboratif en interne et avec les fournisseurs du département IRB

    Missions :

    • Préparer, animer les Emergency Change Advisory Board/ Change Advisory Board et détecter des conflits.
    • S'assurer que toutes les données nécessaires sont bien fournies, que les accords nécessaires sont reçus
    • Communiquer et Garantir des périodes neutralisés (Mensuelles / Exceptionnelles)

    Activités:

    Coordination des Changements :

    • Animation de réunions quotidiennes sur les Changements accélérés (eCAB).
    • Animation de réunion hebd
    • omadaire (CAB) avec les changements manageurs Filiales
    • Animation de comités Managériaux
    • Préparation et validation des changements

    Communication :

    • Consignation des décisions à destination des parties-prenantes
    • Communication d'opération à destination des filiales
    • Production des calendriers des changements
    • Communication des périodes neutralisées

    Processus :

    • Documenter et participer à l'amélioration du processus Changements
    • Réviser périodiquement les documents qui instruisent le processus

    Reporting :

    • Production du reporting sur l'activité de gestion des changements
    • Révision périodique des documents qui instruisent le processus
