As the Solutions Consulting Enablement Leader, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive and implement key business improvements to maximize our Solutions Consulting team performance.

Lead Solutions Consulting enablement strategy and transformation projects by addressing complex business problems, creating enablement content and workshops, and delivering change programs.

You will work on highly complex programs and gain insight into the enablement challenges, which are forefront on the minds of the senior leadership team.

You are a highly energetic and driven professional with a proven track record of successfully formulating winning Solutions Consulting enablement strategies and driving presales effectiveness and enablement programs.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or computer science
~Ability to extract insights from data and use it to make informed recommendations that guide strategy
~ Experienced in project management skills and driving change initiatives
~ Proven ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects at once
~ Demonstrated ability to lead via influence and develop strong working relationships with Sales and Solutions Consulting leadership and individual contributors
~ An innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment
~ This role is highly visible, offering significant exposure to Pega's senior Solutions Consultingleadership team
