    Integrity's 5,500 employees currently support over 420,000 independent agents who serve the needs of more than 2.The Sales Director (SD) will provide sales leadership and coordinate training activities for independent agents in their down-line.

    The SD will also be responsible for personal sales when directed by management.

    Recruit new independent contractor agents.
    Communicate with, service and retain top level independent contractor agents.
    Strive to meet company sales objectives.

    Quality Management - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Monitors own work to ensure quality.

    Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Planning/Organizing - Uses time efficiently and completes work promptly.

    High school diploma or undergraduate degree. One (1) or more years experience in insurance marketing and sales.

    Possess basic computer navigation skills and knowledge or familiarity of basic computer programs/applications including but not limited to email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, etc.
